4)      Physical Activity: A good amount of exercise is a sure-fire way of dealing with stress. Whenever you feel down, go for a jog or a game of tennis. A good rush of adrenalin really helps in fighting negative thoughts. Remember to build in exercise as a part of your daily routine, if possible, twice a day. The brain becomes much more alert when it gets an extra dose of blood supply and oxygen, making it easy for you to remember things. A good bath also helps tremendously in relaxing your body and mind.

5)      Study partners: Develop a small group of study partners, with whom you can share your stress. A sincere study partner can really pull you up when you are down, and also help you when you are stuck on a topic.
